We celebrated the annual Patron Saint’s Day Saint Demetrius this year as well, but in a small circle of guests due to the epidemic of the corona virus and in accordance with the prescribed protection measures.

On this important date for the company, a tribute was paid to the workers who died in the past war, in memory of their contribution to the defense of the company, the hearth and the Republika Srpska. The wreath was laid at the monument to the fallen workers on behalf of all employees by the General Manager of TRB Slaven Ristic and the Deputy General Manager General Ljubisa Borovcanin.

We also presented the new specialized armored vehicles “Despot” that we produced for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs / MUP / of the Republic of Srpska. This year, we pointed out the honor of promotionally testing the new “Despots” to the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers of BiH, Stasa Kosarac.

 

Slaven Ristic, General Manager and majority owner of TRB, said on this occasion that the company is trying to maintain the achieved level and production standards even in difficult business conditions due to the coronary virus pandemic, that it has not and will not reduce the number of workers. new markets and new jobs, in order to get through the current situation as painlessly as possible. He pointed out that although the crown has significantly hindered normal functioning, there is always a solution, but whether an individual will be part of the solution or part of the problem depends on himself and the way he sees himself and the world around him.

“Even in such situations, it is up to us and the willingness to invest our energy and time in important and correct goals, not empty stories. For me and our company, people are capital, investing in them, teamwork, positive energy and in that we continue in the spirit “, said the general director.

As every year, these cash prizes were awarded to prominent individuals, as well as to all workers who received children during the year, with gift packages and double salaries. This year it is 12 workers.
