On March 18, 2021, in the premises of the company Tehnički remont Bratunac, was signed a collective agreement for the employees of this company.

The signing was attended by representatives of the trade union organization TRB and the president of the branch union of workers in the metal industry and mining of the Republic of Srpska, Tane Peulić, and representatives of the company.

The collective agreement will be valid for the next 3 years, and its integral part is the Decisions on the manner of determining the calculation of salaries, allowances for business trips, and payment of allowances for the transportation of workers
